Damaged in post no response from customer service

The eyeshadow was gorgeous but it was damaged when it arrived. I did message customer service but no response.

Beautiful but arrived broken

Pretty colour, arrived smashed due to insufficient packing and realistically the powder is far too soft to be made into a solid pan it just falls apart, disappointing.

Before leaving a 2 star review please always give a small business the chance to resolve the problem. It really effects us when a low rating is given. We always send another item to replace broken arrivals.

Stunning! Never been so impressed.

I'm a 45 year old makeup enthusiast who is utterly rubbish at makeup. This is easily applied with just a finger tap and it looks flawless. It's the prettiest shade ever. Please don't ever discontinue it. I also have to say how fantastic the customer service is. The shade was out of stock and I received a card with a little sample of glitter shadow to try while I waited a short time for the restock. Just amazing. Customer for life here.
